I work at the intersection of delivery, leadership and emerging technology. After years in IT, project environments and agile teams, I focus on helping organizations achieve results without unnecessary complexity.
My approach combines practical experience, emotional intelligence and modern tools — including AI, automation and n8n workflows — to support real work done by real teams.
Technology is also a long-running personal passion for me. I have been building and refining Home Assistant setups for years, which keeps my automation thinking grounded in everyday usefulness.
