What services do you offer?
I support organizations in improving delivery, team collaboration and leadership effectiveness.
My work usually includes Agile coaching, Scrum Master support, leadership mentoring and helping teams simplify complex ways of working. I also explore how AI and automation can support modern teams.
How do you usually start working with a new team?
I start by understanding the current situation: how the team works, what challenges exist and what outcomes the organization expects.
Instead of forcing frameworks, I focus on identifying practical improvements that help teams deliver better and collaborate more effectively.
Do you work as a Scrum Master or as a consultant?
Both.
Depending on the needs, I can work directly with teams as a Scrum Master or support organizations as a consultant and coach helping leaders and teams improve how they work.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Most of my work is done remotely with distributed teams, but I also support on-site workshops, strategy sessions or team interventions when needed.
What types of teams do you usually work with?
Primarily technology and product teams.
I have experience working with engineering teams, product organizations and companies navigating complex delivery environments.
